Really good at the beginning when it opens. Currently, however, something is missing in pretty much every order (and that with 1-3 burgers). Waiting times beyond good and bad, usually the most expensive burger is missing - a rascal who thinks bad. Service staff friendly but simply not suitable for the activities / communication.

Obviously disaster Burger King Marktredwitz doesn’t care that their staff can communicate with the customer. Took around 15 minutes to explain to the gentleman that the dip is free with the nuggets, he wanted to calculate the dip for us. Even a colleague had to explain to him how it works with hands and feet. Instead of listening, he started discussing in a language I didn't know while the line behind us grew longer and longer. I have already visited a lot of BK`s all over Germany but Burger King Marktredwitz shoots the bird. NEVER AGAIN !!

Eat like anywhere. In the drive in you never get what you ordered. Either extra requests or whole things are missing. Therefore always check immediately.

Drive in unlit, although open! Screen at the counter dark, no voice, waited a long time. Driving around the corner ... suddenly behind me a screaming voice from the loudspeaker "HALLOOO HALLOOO". So we went to several customers who drove through the DriveIn and then on to McDonalds .. INSANE !!! I can't understand why a branch manager can't organize such a workflow. I wish all the best.

Unfortunately, a complete menu was forgotten in the drive-in, which was only noticed afterwards. Whole 7 € so gone. Very annoying and should never happen that way. I will think twice about going to this shop in the future.

Burgerking as you know it, newly furnished, mostly foreign-language staff, which occasionally leads to problems of understanding, but friendly, nice and committed.

Catastrophe bestellen when ordering at the car counter sometimes you don't understand what you want or he can't speak German properly after asking several times, he was also loud and cheeky. As long as the restaurant is closed, I will not visit it again.

Catastrophe. Food is forgotten. Put 10 burgers in a bag. Only that you don't have to take a second bag. Friendliness is different. A very bad branch !!!
